Let the voting begin :)

So far...there are 5 candidates running for moderator. They are....

1. Huwai Ern aka Ham
2. Jae Ric aka JaeR
3. Qi Hong aka ChaosGenesis
4. Mun Shan aka Munny Shanny
5. Murresh aka Mooresh the Cow (you did express your enthusiasm to run right?)

Unfortunately, not every of the 5 candidates has followed proper application procedure...but since this isn't anything serious...their applications are accepted nonetheless. I do hope the next time we have anything that has a proper procedure...you guys will actually bother to follow it, it makes things easier for the moderating team. Thank you.

Only 3 moderators will be appointed. The 3 candidates with the highest vote count will be elected. All 3 moderators have equal power and there is not one with veto powers :) The moderators will be responsible for maintaining the class blog. Moderators CAN be removed from their position if the public expresses discontentment over their performance. The voting rules are~

1. Everyone is given 3 votes.

2. Votes must include the name of the voter and the candidates name or number.

3. Votes will be in the form of a comment under this post.

4. Please do not write any other comments under this post. Do NOT chat or discuss your preference under this post.

5. This isn't a popularity contest =.=" The moderators will be expected to maintain and improve this blog without any actual benefits. Please vote for those who you think can really do the job.

6. The results of this voting is FINAL.

7. If any votes are discovered to be forged, they shall be disregarded.

8. To all the candidates, don't take it too personally if you don't get the job :) You don't get paid ANYWAYS ;) And play fair :)

I hope this voting session will proceed smoothly. The voting session will last until 11th June 2007 11.59.59pm. All further votes will be declared null votes. Candidates may choose to withdraw at any time during this period. Elected moderators can also willingly resign, no compensation will be made :P And they can only do so after a replacement if needs be has been found :)
